Parents with children 0 – 4 years old:

If you currently have no children attending a school in Middle Country Central School District, please contact Central Registration at 285-8890 with you family’s information regarding infants/toddlers for future mailings of pre-kindergarten and kindergarten registration information. Please be sure to inform Central Registration if your youngster is receiving services for a special need.

Direction to the Central Registration Office:

The Central Registration Office is located at 25 N. Bicycle, Selden, NY 11784, in trailer C in the transportation yard of the Middle Country Central School District.

Coming from the West, we are approximately 2 miles east of Nicolls Rd (CR97).  Exit 62N off the LIE, head north to Middle Country Road. Travel east on Middle Country Road (Route 25), turn left onto N. Bicycle Path. Turn right at the stop sign into transportation yard. Central Registration is located in trailer C.

Coming from the East, we approximately a ¼ mile west of Patchogue Mt. Sinai Rd/North Ocean Ave (CR 83). Exit 63N off the LIE, head north to Middle Country Road. Travel west on Middle Country Road (Route 25), turn right onto N. Bicycle Path. Turn right at the stop sign into transportation yard. Central Registration is located in trailer C.
