LGBTQ+ CLUB

Mission Statement
The mission of the Centereach High School LGBTQ+ Club is to unite LGBTQ+ students and their student allies to support each other, provide a safe place to socialize and a sense of community to lessen the isolation that LGBTQ students feel.  This club will work to create a platform for students to actively participate in events such as National Coming Out Day, LGBTQ+ History Day, Trans Awareness Day and Pride Month.  This group will also seek to plan and participate in educational events in an effort to fight homophobia and transphobia and promote an environment that supports acceptance of all people.
