Margaret Gilroy – CSE Associate

  • Margaret Gilroy holds a dual Bachelor’s degree in Child Study and Speech from St. Joseph’s College, a Master’s degree in TESOL from Grand Canyon University, and an Advanced Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership from Stony Brook University. With extensive experience working with students with special needs in a variety of settings, including Integrated Co-Teaching and Self-Contained classrooms, she is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive educational environment.

    She is committed to promoting the Middle Country Central School District’s mission to empower and inspire all students. Margaret is passionate about ensuring that all children have access to the general curriculum in the least restrictive environment, driven by her dedication to meeting the diverse needs of all learners and helping them reach their fullest potential.  Margaret's collaborative approach involves fostering strong partnerships between educators, families, and community stakeholders to create a comprehensive support system for all students. She is committed to promoting cultural responsiveness and equity in education, recognizing the diverse backgrounds and experiences of the student population.

    Margaret is excited to join the Middle Country Central School District as an administrator, where she aims to continue creating a positive impact on students' academic and social development through data-driven decision-making and collaborative efforts.
